Kynetx Integrates with Twilio to enhance cloud based telecoms

The cloud-based Kynetx Rules Engine (KRE) makes applications to cover different websites and platforms and to integrate with web hooks and APIs, enebling such a virtual option for developers to factually “ program the Web,” using all available operating systems or browsers.
